Bonjour, Conformément à l'article 13 des Statuts Debian France [1] et à l'article 3.4 du Règlement Intérieur (RI) Debian France [2], le Conseil d'Administration a procédé à l'élection du Bureau Debian France 2024. voici les résultats suite aux votes anonymes : --- Élection du président Candidat : Pierre-Elliott Bécue - Oui : 8 - Non : 0 - Sans réponse : 0 Pierre-Elliott Bécue est élu au poste de président. --- Élection du président-adjoint Candidat : Alban Vidal - Oui : 8 - Non : 0 - Sans réponse : 0 Alban Vidal est élu au poste de président-adjoint. --- Élection du secrétaire Candidat : Jean-Philippe Camille Honoré Mengual - Oui : 7 - Non : 0 - Sans réponse : 1 Jean-Philippe Camille Honoré Mengual est élu au poste de secrétaire. --- Élection du trésorier Candidat : Jean-Pierre Giraud - Oui : 8 - Non : 0 - Sans réponse : 0 Jean-Pierre Giraud est élu au poste de trésorier. --- Élection du secrétaire-adjoint Candidat : Quentin Lejard - Oui : 8 - Non : 0 - Sans réponse : 0 Quentin Lejard est élu au poste de secrétaire-adjoint. --- Chaque candidat a été élu à la majorité absolue. Next week (april 15-19th) the HEPiX workshop for syasadmins at high energy physics sites have a session on discussion future linux distributions, and were hoping to have presentations and then a longer discussion with primarily Debian and Alma Linux. We had talked with <radacted> regarding presence, but he has suddenly gotten a family medical emergency that takes precedence. Do you think you could help finding a replacement? Preferably someone in Paris or nearby. For a feel on what they would like to know, they've asked for this in the starting presentation: - Structure and governance of the Debian project - Commitments towards their users, including period of maintenance of a given release - Current user base - Their view on the Linux landscape following the changes around RHEL - Impact of science communities, e.g. HEP, potentially using Debian and contributing to it This would be on monday april 15th, after lunch, and/or possibly april 16th.
